I’m not sure about my shoe size, can you help me?
Ofcourse! It’s logical that you want to be sure which size will fit you best before you place your order. Therefor we have created the page Sizing, where you can discover exactly what size will be best for your feet, so the chance that you have return is the smallest possible.
Why do you only sell the colors brown and black?
For our first collection, we decided to choose colors that are great stapelaars and will match with all the fashion and clothes you already own. The colors brown is especially nice when you wear skirts or dresses (your legs will look longer!) and black is very nice when you’re wearing jeans. In the future we are definitely planning to create more colors and variety in our collection, so stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
My shoes are too big. What can I do?
If your shoes are too big you can always try to wear (thick) socks in them. You will feel the shoes will fit your feet better that way.
Are they really way too big and you can swim in them? In that case, make sure you only wear them on carpet, so that the under side of the shoes stay clean and undamaged. If you want to exchange them for a bigger size or return them, please send an email to contact@travelingdancer.nl so we can help you further.
My shoes are too small. What can I do?
In our opinion, latin dance shoes should be tight in the beginning. When you start dancing with them, you’ll notice that they will shape around your foot better and better. If needed, use a band aid or patch on the spot where it’s too tight. You’ll notice that after a while you won’t need it anymore and they have shaped perfectly around your feet.

I want to return my shoes for a smaller/bigger size, can you help me?
First make sure that the underside if the shoe is not damaged. When you receive the shoes, always make sure you try them out on a carpet, so that the shoes won’t get damaged and you can still return them if you would need to.
Please send an e-mail to contact@travelingdancer.nl requesting a return form, so that we can create a return label for you.
What are the costs for exchanging or returning shoes?
In order for us to cover the return costs, we ask for a payment of €8 for every order. We want to be able to keep on creating the best dance shoes for you and with covering these costs we can (reden waarom we 8 euro vragen)
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you chose to place the order. In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty/wrongly delivered. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How long is the shipping time?

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that something goes wrong with a shipment. In case of a lost package we will offer a suitable solution by reshipping the order. Should it not be possible to resend an item we will offer a gift card of the total value. Please let us know if your package is lost according to the tracking and always wait for our instructions before taking any action.
What are the costs of the shipping?
The costs of the shipping depends on which country you are located and the products that you’re ordering. A shoebox is bigger and therefor will be less cheaper to deliver to your home. If you want to know how much the shipping to your specific address is, put the product in your shopping cart and go to the last step of the ordering process, then you will see your personalised shipping costs.
