Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll love what you ordered. In the event something doesn't quite work, we'll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date. We have you covered.
There is always the possibility that the order is not what you expected. In this case, returns are accepted within 14 days. Once Traveling Dancer has received your return shipment, we will refund your payment. When you return the package to Traveling Dancer, it is important that the shoes are not used and the packaging is not damaged. Please make sure that your package is returned correctly, otherwise we won't be able to refund you the (full) amount.
How can I return my order?
When you want to return your order, you can follow this step-by-step plan:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect your return shipment. Please mention in your e-mail: your name, your order number number and your reason of return.
- When we accept your return, we will send you a return form that you need to fill in completely.
- Pack the shoes (in original packaging) in such a way that they won’t be damaged in transit. Please include the completely filled in return form in the packaging.
- As a final step you have to address and label the package. Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer, in any situation.
