Traveling Dancer ships orders to over 100 countries and regions. 

Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages. For a full list of countries that we ship to and an estimation of the shipping time, please see below:

Shipping costs

The costs of the shipping depends on which country you are located and the products that you’re ordering. A shoebox is bigger and therefor will be less cheaper to deliver to your home. If you want to know how much the shipping to your specific address is, put the product in your shopping cart and go to the last step of the ordering process, then you will see your personalised shipping costs.

 

Shipping status

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your personal tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Lost package?

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that something goes wrong with a shipment. In case of a lost package we will offer a suitable solution by reshipping the order. Should it not be possible to resend an item we will offer a gift card of the total value. Please let us know if your package is lost according to the tracking and always wait for our instructions before taking any action.
